Hailing from Ontario, Grimleal is a Canadian one-man symphonic black/melodic death metal project that was formed by the Vessel named Ezekiel Nigma, who takes on the guise and persona of Grima Fellblood. Alongside the prominent black and death metal elements, Grimleal's incantations also have some progressive, power, and folk metal influences weaved into them as well. Due to the music, lyrics, and aesthetic being inspired by Fire Emblem, Grima has dubbed the fell symphonies that he composes as "Emblematic Black Metal", and also "FEBM".Although the upcoming debut album Spellbound By Fate had been delayed due to schisms and internal conflicts that caused upheavals in the Vessel's household, the periodic rumblings of activity that have been occurring as of late suggests that the Fell Dragon's occult orchestras may unleash their arcane melodies upon the world in the near future, and that Grima may awaken from his long slumber once again...
